movies/tv Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

So I am looking for a new, good anime series that I can get invested in. One suggestion I have heard is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, which is a series I have seen around a ton but never watched. 

 

What are your thoughts? Should I give it a look? Is it on Netflix? Any insight on this particular series? I would love to have a new long series to become interested in.

Definitely watch it, it's great. It follows the manga a lot more accurately than the original Fullmetal Alchemist anime. It's a great show with an awesome plot. I don't know if it's on Netflix or not though :/

Brotherhood is downright amazing... Wonderful story, characters and all. 

 

One of the first anime I watched all the way through & it is among my favorites. Has some of my all time favorite characters in it as well. It will not disappoint.

I watched it once and loved it. My husband is not particuarly and anime fan, but he tried it and is now hooked on it. We binge watch episodes together and it's the few anime I am enjoying rewatching all over again (I rarely ever rewatch a show).
One of the best anime out there in animation, characters, and overall plot (no filler, coherant and deep in its storytelling). But don't knock off the original series either. It diverts from the manga because it wasn't completed at the time the original series was made. I reccomend watching Brotherhood first though.

You are seriously missing out on one of the few masterpieces of anime if you enjoy anime.

Brotherhood in my opinion was one of the most amazing animes I've ever watched. If you have the time, I'd most definitely recommend watching it.
