Illinois: Big city surrounded by corn fields and farmland. Has extremely hot Summers and extremely harsh Winters. Contrary to a popular belief, not every Illinois citizen lives in Chicago. Granted, Chicago has the most things you can do, but people do also live in the surrounding areas and across the state. The Chicago area at least has a zoo, a pier, a Six Flags more near Wisconsin, some theater, and a big music festival every year.

I live in France, rather in the countryside (But not a lost countryside, there is a shopping mall at five minutes from my home). There are a lot of forests too, and even if there are many trees cut in some places, they're beautiful! I often go walk in these forests, I can sometimes see animals like roes ( I once saw a baby one, he was so cute ). What else can I say? There is a medieval city near of where I live. It's very hot during the summer and quite cold during the winter. It rarely snows but during the autumn and the winter it's almost all the time foggy.

I rather like where I live, I love countryside and nature! I couldn't live in big cities.

I live in Australia, or be more specific, South Australia. Nothing special or eventful ever happens here compared to the other states of Australia, but it is certainly one of the safer places to live in.

Rock Hill: The city that people only know about because of Charlotte. No one would know us without Charlotte. In my side of town, there are what people call the white neighborhoods and then there are the mexican neighborhoods, then the black neighborhoods. No two neighborhoods mix, and we have an unemployment rate of 6.3 and winter can't get it's mind straight, in the mornings it is freezing balls cold and as soon as it hits 12:00 PM it is blazing hot.

Seriously, it's very nice. Lots to do, relatively safe, very diverse, decent weather, lots of green spaces, vibrant culture, and of course all the benefits of a relatively-well-governed First World economy with universal healthcare.
