I bet you know this land front and back, making a great travel partner for me" she says with a sincere smile "I forgot to ask if you know any places that specialize in my magic field, I bet the only ones how are using it in a bad and that's why I haven't said anything till now"

He looked up and more clouds had formed over them, it was completely overcast now. "Told you it was going to rain soon..." He said, pointing at the clouds.

"thought so" she responded then looked at the clouds "yeah, lets not get wet" she walks even faster "I think picking up what ever that smell is would be great for multiple reasons, does different weather have different smells? your guiding me so I hope that you know" she drags Neo a bit as she walks faster

"Rain is the only one with a real smell... also the town is still about 25 miles away..." He said "It would be better if we just set up some shelter along the road" He added looking at the trees at the side of the road. "That looks like a good place" He said, pointing a t a trio of trees that had branches intertwined, making a natural roof.

"oh...well its great how nature forms like that some times" she said walking under the trio of trees "we will just stay here till it clears since it hasn't been to long since about the middle of the day so I don't feel like calling it a night" she says seeing a drop of water fall on the paved road making it a dark gray "I can stand baths but the rain sucks...not trying to complain but I think it does"

"I'm not a big fan of it myself..." Neo said as he sat down under the natural roof. He looked at Eliza "You can keep my coat, I got the long sleeved shirt to keep me warm" He said before looking out at the rain drops hitting the paved road. He looked at his pocket watch.

"you know how you said you wanted to settle down? do you have any idea how? like think how you will get money in one town, where that town is and if you had someone with you...not me just anyone, how would you go about it?" she asks wanting to know his thoughts more, if she cant talk about his past then his thoughts are the next best thing "and where did you get that watch anyway?"

"Once my old self is forgotten completely I will probably settle down in Geraldsburg. It is secluded and in the plains region, so it is a good place for me. I don't really have any plans on settling down with anybody" He said before hearing her question "It belonged to an old friend, he gave it to me before he... passed away." He said. 

 

(for now on I am not going to tell you when he lies)

"still don't know what you want everyone to forget about, other than the stealing and stuff you do but still" she really wanted to know but he would probably lie or not want to talk about it at all "an old friend, that's sweet that you still keep it...wait I thought you said you had no good memories, was your time neutral with him?" she said trying to put two and two together hoping for an answer

He looked at her "So, what do you plan on  doing or finding on this 'adventure'?" He asked her. He knew it involved her magic but she wasn't 100% specific about it... or he wasn't listening.

"I intend to make Treveria a bit better I guess, along the way making friends, help people, and finding dark magic things I can learn and be happy with" she looked at him "I told you this before and now I don't know if your listening to me all the way, its very rude to not listen to a lady...in fact its rude not to listen to anyone" she looked at him as the rain started coming down faster

"I know that, but how do you plan on doing those things, how are you going to make things better?" He said looking at her. "Also, do you ever plan on returning home..." He added. He looked out at the rain as it got harder. He then looked back to Eliza and awaited her answer.

"I...don't know, it will be hard no doubt but I have no idea how but that I will travel and help people in need, with whatever there struggle is, that's why I wanted to kind of help that guy back there and why I wanted to know what that dog had done as living people could still be in his grasp" she answered "I don't know if I will go home..plus its not like my family will end with me as I have a sister how was in to that fancy stuff and never got cut by her teachers since she was more liked for using light magic to heal thing but when ever I use dark magic to do the same people just think I made an undead monster, that poor bird never had a chance"

"Humans always fear what they don't understand..." He said before looking at his coat, and remembered something "I forgot to take my knife out of my coat, can you get it out for me? Don't worry it is in its Sheath." He asked, pointing to his coat. His knife was actually something he held close, it was the only thing he brought to Treveria from Evarius. It had a black and silver design on its blade. He had stolen it from the Orphanage's kitchen.

"oh sure" she pulls out the knife from the pocket "cool design, I can make a duplicate knife like this" she hands him the knife as she makes a knife with dark magic which looks like a shadow as it slightly leaks darkness from where ever the side nearest to the ground it. She uses it on one of the trees there under where it makes a clean cut "that's the bast thing about weapon magic, temporary weapons are always the sharpest and strongest" she makes it disappear by dropping it and turning unto a dark mist that she sucks up with her wand

"A Temporary weapon is just that, Temporary. It doesn't have sentimental value like real weapons." He said as he attached the Sheath to his belt. "This knife has save me multiple times when things got bloody." He said as he pulled it out of its sheath, he kept the blade sharpened so it is ready for a fight.

"I guess it is but magic stays, you've been in multiple fights? What were they?" she says while making a hand axe to see what weapons she could make from memories alone "please tell me that it was in some sort of self defense" she completes the axe and shows it off then puts a small orb of water in it giving it a slight flow to the darkness "with two types of magic things become better, to bad this is like the only water magic I know...I'm not ignoring you"

 "It was mostly self defense, one time some drunk dwarf hit me over the head with a chair. I answered by kicking him in the chin, hoping it would knock him out. He pulled his ax of me and charged be... I stabbed him in the throat and skipped town... Also that is not why the police accuse me of murder. Everyone knows I killed him in self defense." He explained.

I say he deserves it as he was the stupid one how got drunk and brought an axe with him to a bar...amusing it is a bar since you never said where it was" she waved around the hand axe while making it turn into an actual one that felt like nothing from it being magic

He looked at her "Thanks..." He said before looking back out at the Rain, It had started to rain much harder. He looked back to Eliza "I recommend that you get comfortable, We may be here a while... " He said as he set his bag to the right of him. He yawned and leaned up against the tree.

"I'm not even tired" she says laying down on another tree keeping them covered then looks in her purse checking the 94G in her money pouch, the wand she presently had in her hand, and the book on dark magic. She started thinking about what she could do when an idea in her head said to do the test now. She got up from her laying down position and went off into the forest next to the road that didn't cover her as well in the three trees "I'll need a second" she says to Neo as she prepares the wand "to break the seal, I must do a test, please provide one Malinda" the book opens and makes an obstacle course that one seemingly could not do as many obstacles seem impossible for any human to do, it also incorporates some of the trees and environment as part of the test as well "lets watch me become an expert shall we?" she says to Neo before bolting off into the test. The test is only meant for her so no magic can go in it and anyone how trys to do it them self will just go throw the course, there is also a clear cut on both sides as the test uses only the space it needs
