Question is- with kids getting tech saavy at earlier ages, COULD Hasbro have hit on this idea for Equestria Girls (or even FiM, with a Rainbow Dash, DJ Pon3, Twilight Sparkle, Spitfire, or Dr Hooves drone), first, and had success in advancing the brand to keep up with more modern technology? And why not "FiMfit" to rival "fitbit" watch tech? Maybe even encouraging walkig or daily excercise with giftcards or little discounts on mlp merch with a certain number of steps or pounds lost? Considering consumer marketed drones only caught on recently, they really aren't behind the curve that much. Nor would creating a drone based around an IP ever be considered 'cornering the market'.
