There have been so many good ones over the years. There are alot of good ones in this episode where Homer befriends a gay man which is an episode they don't show very often for some odd reason. There is the closing scene in the episode where Homer and his friends wrote this novel and Lisa took credit for it where this guy said "and the best part about it is, I don't even know how to read." Another classic the Duff guy responding to his parrot using redneck slang by saying "I have heard of Polly wanting a cracker but being one, oh no!"
