When I get really sick (usually speaking migraines) I take medicine and heat up a corn bag. That helps me out somewhat, but those migraines can be really horrible. Sometimes none of that helps. Showers do usually help, though. If they stay hot long enough, that is. Colds are pretty much an everyday thing for me, but when they get really bad there isn't much I can do.
