Note, death is easily attainable in this world, don't be mad at me if you make a mistake and end up gonzo. However, the voices in your head may help. No permanent death though, just be careful. If you'd like a certain event to kill your character, just tell me, and I'll set that up.

No God modding. The only character restriction is be reasonable, like said you can be of any sister world, with that said, you don't know where you are at. Act like it please. Hope the best.
