Steady sighed as she made her way down the street. She took a seat on the grass when she gotmbored with walking.

 

"Is it alright if I go out as well? There's some pony I need to find."

"It's okay," Red answered, "I'm going to go anyway." Red wasn't sure where he was going, but he just wanted to go somewhere.

Nel nodded and made his way out the door. Once outside he made his way towards the woods near the prison.

(I know. I wish Red would say something.)

 

Red left and headed towards his room.

Once Nel had reached the tree line he began to retrace his steps of what happened at the break out. Once he found his spot Nel began to follow the hoof tracks until one set split off from the pack.

Red got to his door, but he didn't open it. He didn't want to. He just sat down in front of it and waited for something to happen.

 

(Man he's taking it hard. Mind if I send Sand over to Steady?)

Nel soon found himself at a little shack at the foot of a small mountain.

Sand trotted down the road when he noticed Steady.

 

"Hiya there, Steady," Sand shouted.

"Oh hey Mr. Chrystal... how are you?" She stood up slowly.

"I'm doing good," Sand answered, "How 'bout you?"

 

(Just got back from a haircut.)

"What's the problem, lass?" he asked.

"There's been a few problems between me and Red..."

"Really." Sand commented, "Like what?"

"It's... it's complicated."

"It ain't too completated fer me, I'm sure."

 

(Sand just leave her alone.)

"W-well an old friend of mine found out that Red and I were together and he was hurt that I chose Red over him. We talked for awhile and I... Learned I loved him as well. But I dont know what to do..."

Sand looked at Steady for a little bit in silence. After a little thought, he spoke. "Do what you think is right."

"I'll try. But what have you been up to?"

 

(he don't have to stay)

"Oh nuthin' much," he answered, "Just the usual."

"Well, I think I should go find Red. We have some things to discuss. I'll see you around Mr. Chrystal!" Steady waved with a small smile before making her way towards the hotel.

Once Steady had reached the hotel she peered around the corner to find Red sitting at the door.

 

"Red? What are you doing out here?"
