Shadow winced from the stake. He used the beam to hit Six right into his chest, blowing him clean off Shadow and ten feet back. He took the hit to the side but dodged the fangs.

Six hit the ground with an "OOF!!" but still stood up. He drew the holy water laced knife and rejoined the fight.

"I've had enough of this!" Plague roared as he created a wall of tendrils to surround the combatants. He twisted the dimensions to better increase his skills to fight against this seemingly more powerful version of Shadow. After breaking off an eroded piece of rock, he crushed it under his hooves and let arise as a swarm of demonic flies and then applied the black death pathogen to them.

"Have fun!" he snarled as he sent the demon flies upon Shadow and onto the other vamponies which had been caught inside the walls.

He then stabbed Shadow in the side with a tendril coated in a weakening toxin...

Shadow destroyed the flies with a shockwave. But took the tendril to his side, impaling him. "Buck!" he yelled out.

Lockhart ran trough town, hooves blazing. The vamponies have gone to far this time. This was starting to get serious.

While Shadow took the tendril and was distracted, he took the knife and ran by Shadow, raking the blade all across his side as be ran by and back out of his reach.

"There's more where that came from!"

Plague used the rusted metal to bring forth another swarm of demonic flies and set them on Shadow once again.

"#You can only resist so much of the Black Death, boy, even for your kind. It's best you give in now," the symbiote hissed as it sent another toxic tendril into the same wound.

The vicious swarm of flies began to feed on Shadow's wounds, eating away at his slowly festering flesh...

He pulled the tendril out with a cringe. and tried to ignore the knife but it burned for a few seconds. He shot another dark beam at Plague. Shadow used a shock wave to take away the flies before they could reach him.

[THE WILD HUNT 213]

Even though Plague had shielded himself with a wall of tendrils and barb wire, Shadow's attack still hurt like crap. With a screech, Plague raisedthe tendrils on his back and stabbed Shadow with all four of them, admininstering more of the Black Death strain he had made for his kind.

"I hope you die slowly," Plague grunted as he tossed him into a gnarled patch of barb wire (which was originally grass). The barb wire began to cut into Shadow's flesh as it tightened around his body...

Shadow used his speed to evade the barb wire but the tendrils hurt. He spawned his scythe, but instead of attacking he hit it up against some metal making a loud clang noise.

Plague screeched a bit as the sound hit his ears. As he regained his composure, he shifted the barb wire into a large scorpion like tail and used it to stab Shadow...

The scorpion tail scratched Shadow's shoulder. he clanged the scythe up against the metal again. trying to waken Plague.

Plague winced again at the sound, but still managed to stay composed. Being far down the lineage of the symbiotes on Earth, the Plague symbiote had built up a little more resistance to sound than its forefathers.

"Idiot, cut that out!" he growled as he sent another contagious tendril into Shadow's side.

The loud noise was beginning to wear on Plague slightly...

Shadow used the advantage to dodge the attack. He sent a metal bar at him, sticking it into his symbiote and then used his scythe to hit it, creating a loud twang.

The direct sound waves into the symbiotes didn't fare to well for Plague as it slowly receded back into his body with a low screech.

"You son of a b*tch," Scipio said as he staggered around. His horn glowed red as a monster crawled out of the Halo of the Sun he had casted. He sent it forward to attack Shadow while Scipio tried to regain his composure.

Six circled around and slashed at Shadow again while he was busy with Shadow.

The monster ended up smashing into Shadow's shoulder, knocking him back. He retaliated with a dark beam, blowing up the monster. He threw another pole into a metal object making another clang as he rushed Scipio while shooting out a dark beam. Six ended up cutting him, making a burning sound, he tried to focus on Scipio first.

Scipio laughed weakly as Shadow apporached him.

"You b*tch, let me remind you who you're messing with. I have a power in me far more ancient and greater than yours, you're just a worm compared to it!"

Scipio raised his horn into the shadowy air above them and begin to send down Lightning, striking Shadow frequently with unrelenting power....

Shadow kept throwing poles making a twang sound as he rushed Scipio. He tried to dodge the lightning, but one hit him. Causing him to stumble. He used his scythe to try to impale Scipio at his most defenseless time. "Talk to the hoof" he said as he did so.

Six intercepted Shadow as he charged Scipio, taking his blade and stabbing Shadow in the side before slamming the crucifix onto Shadows skin.

Scipio continued to fire the wrathful lightning at Shadow. As he did however, Shadow managed to hit him with his scythe. In a last ditch effort, Scipio produced a sharp, pathogenic tendril and impaled it straight in Shadow's chest.

"Heh heh, best fight we've had in months... But I wouldn't declare you the victor yet..."

Scipio staggered back.

"Look at yourself, your body has taken way too much damage... as well as that little special strain of the Black Death into your system. Feel a cold coming on? You're already running out of time!"

The Otherworld began to shift away as they talked.

"I can already see your lymph nodes starting to swell, I'd leave if I were you..."

Shadow Cringed from the stab and burn. He backed away. "I think you will find out soon enough i'm no ordinary Vampire." he said smugly "Harley! Get everyone out of here" he said

 

Harley nodded and took Fire and all the other vampire out of the town. Harley did not seem to fully leave though.

"And I think you'll find out soon enough that the symbiote isn't an ordinary symbiote. That blood sample I took from the mare had traces of your infectious DNA on it, allowing me to boost my toxins and pathogens to harm you."

Scipio looked at the other vamponies.

"Don't take it lightly Shadow, you could be dead in a matter of days!" Scipio laughed as he heard Shadow give a cough.

Shadow did give a cough, but not from the disease. He decided to play it off as if it were. He made another twang with the pole.

 

Harley appeared behind Scipio with his claws and sent them at his back. It was a guaranteed hit, just unsure how bad it would be.

 

(Just no with the disease)

Six was angry now, he took the crucifix once more and this time tackled Shadow, keeping the crucifix pressed firmly on his back.
