How old are the dragons from Dragon Quest?

If Spike is around Twilight's age and is still considered a baby dragon, how old would the teenage dragons from Dragon Quest be?

Well if they are teenagers, they must be between 13 and 19 years old.

Seriously I think they're older than that because dragons live longer, maybe they are ~30 years old.

 

But Spike is younger than Twilight, because she hatches his egg when she was around 10.

I'd say about 16-20 IMO. They seem kind of highschool/early collegish to me.

 

As for spike, I'd say he's about 14-- The "Baby dragon" thing hasn't really been used to describe him since the beggining of the show when it was in a much girlier phase than it is now in how it was trying to be. (S1 was good, buts very jarringly different in how they were aiming the show if you compare the pilot to the current show's tone)

I would say that Spike is around 12 years old and that the dragons from Dragon Quest would be around 16-18. Maybe 16-29.

Well, Garble acts like he is in his late teens.  But since dragons probably live for a lot longer than ponies, it is hard to say.
