Does anyone know who this past generation pony is?

I don't usually post in this forum but someone on MLP Fourms' Facebook page asked if I knew who this G1 (I pressume?) pony is, which sadly, I didn't. I was wondering if anyone here could help me find her name.

 

Does anyone, by any chance, know who this is? ... Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that is a knock off pony, there were no alicorn toys made for any of the other gens.

First, are you certain it isn't a knockoff? I'm not one hundred percent sure but I don't think there were too many alicorns prior to G4.

 

Second, do what I'm doing right now and check out My Little Wiki which has all the information on the toys you could need.
