Is there actually any other small villages in equestria that unicorns live in?

All the others are huge. I can't think of any that are unicorn friendly. Most are for pegasi.

The only Pegasi Cloud cities I can remember from the show are Cloudsdale and Las pegasus, the second one seems to be more Unicorn/Earth pony friendly though, since there's more solid walkways from what we saw of it.

 

 I think most cities/towns are "Unicorn friendly" in that a Unicorn is probably allowed to live in them with no problem, but it does seem like most of the smaller towns were built by, and mostly for Earth Ponies. Canterlot seems to be the only "Unicorn" city, and obviously it's not small.

. With how little we know about her back story, we can't be that certain whether or not it was a unicorn only village.

Equestria is a huge place with segmented communities. It's possible.

Always a possibility, and the show has a lot of time to potentionally give us some information about that, plus equestria is huge, nobody knows what else there might be.

I suppose we're not counting the unicorn city from the Hearth's Warming episode, since that was in the past of Equestria? Other than that one, I don't think we have enough information to know if there's an all-unicorn city somewhere, though I wouldn't be surprised if there was.
