Good name for a Marexican colt?

I'm coming up with a new colt OC from Marexico, but i need help with a name. He's an Earth Pony around 8-10, and he's quite......well-fed, shall we say.

The first thing that came to my sick mind was "Muchos Nachos", so, how does sound? Obviously his name could be related to his family, or a thing he did as a foal, but based on the description you gave, it just dawned upon me like an upturned bottle of tequila in a bar brawl...

So, if he's from Marexico, I suppose his name has to be a noun in spanish as much as Equestrian names are in English right ? Well, to avoid anything TOO stereotypical, I can think of "Piedra Grande", which means Big Stone
