animation Ao no Exorcist and Inuyasha crossover?

Both are quite similar series- the main character, Rin and Inuyasha are half demons with quick tempers and rash personalities, kept in check by their brothers, have love interests, and hunt down more fierce demons than themselves. Can you guys see an Ao no Exorcist and Inuyasha crossover working?

I think it could work honestly. I have seen a lot wierder mashups that actually happened so why not a inuyasha and Ao no exorcist crossover. They both fight demons and they both deal with spiritual things. Just some things I would see there would be trouble with Inuyasha takes place mostly in feudal era japan and from what ive heard Ao no exorcist takes place in modern times. So either one set of characters would have to go to the past or go to the modern era. And which big bad would they be fighting would it be Naraku or  Satan. I know they may seem trivial but problems aside I still think it would be pretty cool to see a crossover of two. Since I love inuyasha and Ao no Exorcist really interests me just no time to watch it since work has me going all the time.
