TU: Ohh she probably means that she was extremely young in that picture. Even though she looked exactly the same as she does today in that photo. She was actually only a few hours old back at the time that picture was taken. But still Digit you really look complete as an alicorn!

TU: Ohh Digit that's just an "I really like you" phrase. Yeah that's something I really need to do and that's programing all the phrases into your system but I simply haven't gotten to that stage of program development yet. So Shadow you can now probably see that Digit still is a work in progress.

TU: Well how Digit is like a child... It's like a time capsule of what I was like in my childhood as a human. I was always extremely cheerful back then so yes I'm undoubtedly going to keep Digit that way plus even that innocence I added I knew it had to be there for something but it really does make her beautiful.

 

Techno then walked over to peak over Digit's back to see how she was going with her colouring...

TU: That's once again one of the personality elements of Digit that are memories of my childhood. It's like I loved cats and there was a cat called Muffin that lived next door to me when I was growing up. She would wonder over to our place every day waiting for cuddles. I really did enjoy Muffin until she died at the age of 14 in 2022. Now Digit you can hide in my extremely thick fur when I turn into Fluffle Puff.

TU: You see I do know of Herobrien's original source code but the thing is that sauce codes for remote system access are actually a number that's trillions of characters long plus it's constantly changing thousands of times every second to a specified algorithm. But when Herobrien became evil he created his own sauce code system that's completely different to the universal system I've used on all my creations. I've figured out the general sauce code pattern but of course the creators have the most secure systems. The thing is that I don't have not one CPU like the majority of my creations but I actually have 6 and all of them are working independently. They are always closely monitoring each other's behaviour and all of them have the right to deny any command output that's seen as abnormal. Now Herobrien and Foust have this enact same system but it makes it almost impossible to forcefully get into his system. Now all of us do have system kill switches but it's something that can only be accessed by for my creations. It's also the same with Herobrien and the thing is with the kill switch systems is that they are more secure than the core program components of any units. It's just we need to try and find the smallest flaws in Herobrien's security system as they can also be the biggest holes in his firewall. Maybe we will be able to locate something similar to the Nightmare Moon glitched protocol as that would crash his system as it's already in nightmare form as it is. It's just the live primary interval values would go beyond the universal maximum interval number as it's got to manage too many personality layers.

TU: Well there's one thing that might work and that's emulating the contacts system of one of the villain units that are still alive in equestria. Now to do it we would have to extract that information from the unit by pluging into them. Like we could do it through Queen Crystals as she only has two CPUs so we could get into her system by hacking into both CPUs at the same time plus also removing the ability to reject plugin attempts. We would also need to get her system to send off faked live system status information otherwise Herobrien would immediately know that we hacked into her and then he would remotely repair her system. The only problem is the processing interval values would be extremely close to the universal maximum and it could literally corrupt the whole universe if the values went above the maximum. Now it's just everything in the hack has to be done in a single processing tick and that's basically what the maximum value for a single tick.

That's when something clicked inside Techno. He froze for a couple of seconds as he was going deep into his memory network looking for information on what he found in Digit when he first encountered her. Techno then found that there was a program on Digit that was a specialised hacking system and he had originally thought the program was useless and wasn't important for his intentions for Digit at the time. So Techno still saved it onto his control computers and disabled it in Digit's program...

 

TU: I just remembered now that Digit's original purpose was hacking my creations. But her system ended up being already obsolete when she arrived here as I had just done a major update on the security systems of my creations. So that led Herobrien to see her as completely useless to him and deactivate her in the everfree forest and leave her there to decay. Now that's Herobrien's primary security drivers right there in my computers and I never even thought of it! Ad least Herobrien can now call himself an idiot for forgetting to format Digit's memory drive before he abandoned her.

 

Techno and Shadow then went out to the others in the lab to tell them the news...

 

TU: Alright everybody! I've found a way to get into Herobrien's system potentially! It's also through an old program from Digit as she was originally going to be a specialised hacking unit. But because I updated the security system on my creations just before she arrived here Digit ended up becoming obsolete for hacking into my creations so Herobrien ended up deactivating and dumping her in the everfree forest. But Herobrien made the idiotic mistake of not formatting Digit's memory drive before abandoning her. So because of that I now have a copy of Herobrien's security drivers on my Control computers plus it's still in Digit's memory but I deactivated it thinking that it would be useless for my intentions of her at the time I found her.

Techno then picked Digit up and placed her in front of the computer desk. Techno then plugged a cable into her head for Digit to go to sleep. Now Techno was writing and editing masses of code and he was now completely unresponsive and frozen looking at the screen as he was directing 100% of his system runtime to programing Digit. Also whatever he was entering into Digit would appear on Techno's screen plus Techno was doing everything through his mind and wasn't typing anything on the keyboard...

TU: Sorry I was frozen when I was working on Digit. It's just I put in 100% of my total runtime into things like that to get it done as fast as possible. Now yes I still heard your question there Shadow and to be honest I don't really know myself. I guess I could call it total universal freedom as we could do anything we wanted in our own universes that are being run on our computers. Like we create them to have a challenge or to be completely peaceful and relaxing. Now in the real world we would have no currency and it would be completely social based. This sort of society is already existent in the world of Troneon where my sister is at the moment. Now once Herobrien is defeated we would have nothing to worry about as every possible threat in the universe would be gone and non-existent. It's just once we restore him back into Glitch. The universal chaos system would likely end up in the core dump. Now I've also noticed You have been calling the cat Muffin. Now Muffin was another cat from my childhood that my next door neighbor owned but she wasn't as friendly as Maggie there. So I think you've just gotten confused with her name there as it's actually Maggie.

Now Muffin was another cat from my childhood that my next door neighbor owned but she wasn't as friendly as Maggie there. So I think you've just gotten confused with her name there as it's actually Maggie. 

Both Luna and Shadow blushes "O-oh we're sorry Techno, but Maggie here is such a sweet kitty" Luna says after listening to what he was saying and still petting Maggie, "And I kind of like the idea you have, though I might do it with Shadow here," she says with a soft smile.

TU: Yes of course it's good idea that should work I hope. Even though I've already sort of forgotten what it was. Now I'll unplug Digit and get her system started.

 

Techno then unplugged the cable on Digit's head and she then re-activated from her sleep mode. She lifted up her head to display the message: CONFIGURING PROGRAM CHANGES-PLEASE WAIT... After displaying the message for around 5 seconds she then became active and the whirring of the cooling fan then stopped as Techno had also installed a silencer program for internal parts and motors...
