When I first heard that t-rex roar in the movie theater I literally shitted my self as a kid I was so afraid of that roar that I had nightmares cause of it.

I think the most scariest roar is from the Rottweiler from, well, Rottweiler, at the end. He is kinda creepy and sounds more like a dinosour than a robot dog. If you want to hear, see Rottweiler part 8.
