It's common episode concept that is done in cartoons the basic idea is you watch a pony on an average day from when they wake up till they go to bed from there perspective. Image shows first person view from fluttershy. Just a single pony, an average day, it doesn't ever change perspective. Instead, it sticks with the first person view of the pony like in the image. There usually isn't a big conflict or resolution. It doesn't really make sense to use only one type of shot, and would get old quickly. The idea though is to make an episode from one ponies perspective.
