This is actually really difficult. On a by-season basis: 

Season 1 -  "Winter Wrap Up" or "Art of the Dress" or "At the Gala" 

Season 2 - Basically all of them except Pinkie's mini-songs and "B.B.B.F.F." 

Season 3 - "The Failure Song" or "Babs Seed"

Season 4 - Several:

• "Generosity"
• The entirety of "Pinkie Pride"  
• "Find the Music in You"  
• "The rappin' Hist'ry of the Wonderbolts"

Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks - Don't like "Shake Your Tail" or "Better Than Ever" as much, but otherwise hard to choose. 

Season 5 - "In Our Town" or the entirety of "Crusaders of the Lost Mark" or "The Magic Inside"

Equestria Girls: Friendship Games - "CHS Rally Song"

Season 6 - The entirety of "A Hearth's Warming Tail" 

Season 7 - "You're In My Head Like a Catchy Song"

That's a lot of songs, but it's genuinely hard to choose.
