Wall cat's doing quite well for being a feral (no ear mites, no worms, reasonably healthy), he goes back in two weeks for more tests/vaccinations.  We took elder lady cat in today for a general wellness check, and she may have a hyperthyroid problem.  She has special food to eat for at least the next three weeks, after which she gets rechecked.
