@Rising Dusk I'm doing quite well. It's a pretty normal Tuesday; pretty slow, but nothing unbearable. 

You've already said that you're doing well, so I don't suppose I need to ask!

@Recherche Tuesdays do seem kind of weird.  At least with Mondays you have stories about the weekend to share.  Wednesdays are hump day, half way done!  Thursdays are Friday-eve and Friday is well, Friday.  Tuesdays are always rough, at least for me.

Oh, I used to follow it avidly - during the GrokLaw era - but haven't really bothered in a decade or so. Got curious about this Trump/Stormy thing after a status update by sylveon, and pulled out a bunch of old site links (popehat etc) to see what was up.

No, not often. But the Groklaw era cases were important; they had to do with the legal status of linux and unix (both of which a company called SCO claimed to own, and ended up bankrupt and owing Novell a great deal of money) and Android (which oracle still hasn't stopped appealing their failures in) so would have had international consequences.

Only time I pay attention these days is for things like the FBI's repeated attempts to backdoor any or all encryption, and the legal/tax status of cryptocurrencies like Ripple.
