Soo, about the new changelings, can they change theyselves? Its cause my OC is a changeling old version and maybe i turn her a new version (if the new do can change theyselves form)

They can still change. They very clearly encouraged one green Changeling to be blue one day and purple the next day in S7's "To Change a Changeling and Ocellus has shown she can change forms too.

Yes they can change themselves still. Just because they reform it wouldn't make sense for them to lose their natural abilities.

They can change, but since they're not toppling empires anymore they don't have a direct need for it.
