Oliver watched as Jenna prepared herself, thinking that her outfit would serve as a good enough disguise. They certainly won't recognise her in the night.

He helped her down the stairs and he looked toward the front door. "Are you sure about all this?"

"Only two things are sure, death and taxes." Jenna said "But if you are talking about leaving, it's not question if I'm sure or not, there is no other options." "Only thing I'm not sure about is when Talon is here, as it can be everything from an hour to them knocking on the door in few seconds."

"I guess the sooner we act, the better then," Oliver said, sighing as he looked at the house. He had been here for quite a while, now he had to abandon it because an organisation was after him by proxy.

But there was nothing he could do, so there was no point in getting upset. "I think I'm ready. Are you?"

"I'm ready." Jenna said, but before continuing to move, she looked Oliver to his eyes "I know this is hard for you, I know what it's like to leave everything behind." "I can't promise I'll make it all worth it, but I will try my best." she then turned her head forwards and started hopping.

Oliver shrugged. "Well, I don't exactly have much to leave behind anyway. It's just stuff; I can replace it."

He took Jenna's arm and put it over his shoulder. "At least let me help you move. It's gonna be hard limping like that."

"I like your confidence, but you will miss them, because you don't know what you have before you lose it." Jenna stated "But that aside, we need to move, and since you decided to half carry me, and you're the only one who knows where the car place is, lead the way, and don't worry, I can keep up like this with no problem, regardless your speed, so hurry up."

Oliver didn't want to admit it, but Jenna was right. He'd miss his home and his job, but if it meant staying alive, it would be worth it. At least, he hoped so.

He led the way out of the house and toward town, looking for the used car place. He kept his eyes open for anyone suspicious.

"If possible, could we move through alleys and such, you know, to stay hidden." Jenna said quietly "We may be disguised but we are a bit attention grabbing considering it's just some over 6 am." "But if not possible, I'll just act drunk if we see someone, should stop anyone from asking questions."

Oliver nodded and slipped into an alley, keeping his eyes open for anyone following them.

"Slur your talking if anyone gets near," he told her, "and if anyone asks about your leg, you sprained your ankle after tripping."

"This ain't my first rodeo." Jenna said "You'd be surprised how many times I have had to act like I'm drunk, before this all started." she had been drinking with her friends before she had gone rogue, but being a dragon, she was lot harder to actually get drunk, so she had to act drunk to avoid standing out from her friends.

Oliver blushed, thinking he should have expected Jenna would know what she's doing. "Well, I'm sure you're good at it by now."

He looked around the streets as they passed, looking out for anyone suspicious. "See anything weird?"

"No, but it's everything ordinary we are looking for." Jenna said "If we are only looking for unusual things, we may miss something disguised as ordinary" they were talking about organization with more resources than some countries after all, that was the live of a rogue, to keep one's eye on everything. "How far is the place?"

"Not far now," Oliver whispered, keeping his distance from a couple passing by them. "Just down this street. Taking one of the keys shouldn't be too hard."

He hoped so anyway; he had never carjacked before. He barely stole anything bigger than a pencil before.

Jenna swayed around a bit when a couple passed them to seem drunk, but didn't make any sounds, also checking them quickly if they seemed like they were from Talon, they weren't luckily. "We don't need the keys if they're too hard to get, I have few tricks in my sleeves." "Also, do you know how to drive? and if yes, what types of cars?"

Oliver grunted as he kept a hold of Jenna, looking around for anything out of the ordinary.

He shrugged. "Just ordinary cars really. If there are any automatic ones, even better. I always had trouble with driving stick."

"Aright, good to know, I could have been able to drive with automatic too, but it's probably better to not risk it with the leg and let you drive." Jenna said "Though I may prefer a motorbike if we find one."

"I could try a bike as well," Oliver said, a little uncertain since he'd never used one before. "Might take me a few minutes to get the hang of it, but if that's more helpful then we can use one of those instead."

"If we find a bike I'll drive it, I don't need a leg for that." Jenna said "But ultimately we will only drive out of the city and then we need to figure out a new way of travel, because the vehicle will be reported as missing."

"Good idea," Oliver agreed. He still wasn't too comfortable about running away, and especially about stealing a vehicle, but if that was what it took then he'd have to go along. "It shouldn't be too far now."

Jenna responded with a nod, not having anything to add, and until Oliver said something, she didn't say anything until they reached the car place, and was going through the planned route in her head, thinking about what would be best route out of the city based on her limited knowledge.

Soon they reached the car place, and Oliver helped Jenna across the road to it. He looked around at the different vehicles.

"I'll let you pick which one we use," he said. "You seem to be an expert on this stuff."

Jenna took her hand away from Oliver and started hopping to the direction of the main building "Stay outside in guard, I'll see if the keys are somewhere where they are easy to take from." she made her way to a door and after checking it if there was any alarms, she took something from her pocket and opened the door, disappearing inside. It took only a moment before she came back out, closing the door after her, she shook her head as she made her way to Oliver. "The keys are too well secured even though there doesn't seem to be any real security systems, but I found a list of the vehicles, and though there's no motorbikes at this moment, there's few cars that shouldn't be too hard to steal." "Follow me" she started hopping forward.

Oliver nodded and stood outside while Jenna went in. He still didn't feel comfortable about all this, carjacking and breaking-and-entering, but if this was what it took then he'd have to put up with it.

He turned and saw her come out, and followed after her. "What do you have in mind?"

"There are few cars with malfunctions or simply old tech that makes them easy to take." "We take one of the ones with malfunctions." "It also should buy us some more time because I really doubt the owner necessarily cares to get them back, because they will get more from insurance than they could ever get by selling them." she walked to a one car, a grey some years old basic car, its model was from some years ago, she took out a lock-picking set and opened the car door seemingly without any trouble "Non-working alarm, one door stuck, and few other things, quite a pile of trash-metal, but should work for us just fine." she then leaned in, revealed some wires around the ignition, and soon enough the car was on. Before coming back out, she checked the fuel, "We should get to our next stop without problems." she then made her way to the passenger side and got in.

Oliver watched as Jenna broke into the car, frowning at how good she was at carjacking. How often had she done this? "How do you know so much about this stuff?"

He got into the driver's seat and put the seatbelt on. "You ready to go then?"
