Jenna just nodded that she was ready "You learn things surprisingly quickly when your life depends on it." "That and I have been trained on few things." she put on her seatbelt "Turn left from here, and I'll tell you when you need to turn again."

Oliver nodded and took the left turn as Jenna instructed. He bit his lip, an ache in his chest from leaving his home, but if it meant staying alive he had no choice.

"Where exactly are we going?" he asked.

"At this point just outside the city, we'll stop at a gas station a bit of distance away from the city and see what to do then." Jenna explained "But right now we are heading towards the eastern exit of the city."

Oliver nodded and kept driving, following Jenna's directions through town. He sighed to himself as they exited the city; he hoped he could come back after all this was over.

"There's a gas station not too far from here," he said. "That the one you mean?"

"Yep" Jenna said "Faster we get rid of this car the better" "When we are there I'll contact my ally and see what we can do next." "We may need to steal another vehicle, or walk somewhere, it really depends what there is.

Oliver nodded and kept driving. He kept an eye out for the gas station as he drove, making sure he went carefully due to the darkness.

"Just let me know when we get to the place you're talking about," he said.

Jenna just nodded, she didn't really chitchat during the travel because she was constantly checking for any danger, until they finally arrived to their destination. "Here, that one, park somewhere bit to the side." she then took out the old phone she had used earlier and started writing a message.

Oliver pulled into the gas station as Jenna instructed, and turned off the engine to keep it silent. He sat back and watched her text on the phone.

"Is your contact here?" he asked, looking around the darkness for any dangers.

"Like I said before, we won't meet them in person, ever." Jenna reminded "I'm just setting a place for us to pick up your new identities and money...and a way to keep travelling." "Though as far as I know they could easily be the person who owns this place, or some other random person somewhere that I have met, since they are most likely hiding in plain sight."

Oliver nodded and sat in the seat, still looking around for any danger. "Well it's the middle of the night, so there's not much chance of anyone working here seeing us. We should be safe."

He looked at Jenna and the phone. "Any update?"

"More like very early morning but still." Jenna corrected "And no, they haven't replied yet...probably sleeping still, but it shouldn't take long." she opened her seat belt "But we can get out of the car already, since we are not going to continue with this one anyways." she then got out, but before she closed the door, she checked the glove compartment for anything interesting, and not finding anything, she closed the door.

Oliver nodded and got out of the car as well, checking the trunk for anything they could use. He frowned, seeing how empty it was.

He looked around at the darkness surrounding the station. "If it won't be till tomorrow, what will we do until then?"

"Don't worry, it won't take that long." Jenna assured and hopped next to Oliver, putting her hands on his shoulders in comforting manner "And I have few backup plans just in case, but they are risky so I won't share them until they are needed." she gently massaged Oliver's shoulders and spoke in calm tone. "You're in my world now, you can leave the worrying to me."

Oliver bit his lip, despite feeling a little comforted by Jenna's attention. This was indeed her world now, and he didn't like not knowing what to do in it.

"I just don't want to be a dead weight," he admitted.

"As long as you do as I say, you aren't." Jenna said, still speaking with the same calm tone "And in full honestly, overly worrisome person can be a bigger weight than someone who doesn't worry." "I of course know it's not that easy, especially since you had to leave everything behind, but try to be as calm as possible, it's best for both of us."

Oliver frowned at the idea of being just a weight to carry, so he was determined to be as helpful as possible.

He nodded. "Yeah, I'm trying. All of this is just a lot to take in, having to leave my home and all."

"I know and I understand." Jenna said softly " "That's exactly why I don't want you to worry about anything yet, you have your own worries already." she put her chin on Oliver's shoulder "And you don't need to be able to do anything yet either, how would you? after all, you're new to this."

Oliver sighed and put his arm around Jenna as she got closer to him. "I know, but I don't want you to think you have to do everything on your own. I wanna be able to help you when you need help, especially in a fight."

"I know, but at this point you need to help only with what I ask your help for, since you can't really help me with something you don't know anything about." Jenna said calmly "And when it comes to fighting, when we'll find our first place to rest in, I'll train you a bit more, and then again in the next place, and so on."

Oliver nodded, still feeling uncomfortable but trusting Jenna's advice. He would feel better having some more experience in fighting, especially since he'd need it now.

"Alright," he said with a nod.

Conveniently, Jenna's phone made a sound just then and she took it out. She was thoughtful for a second, and looked around as if she was searching for a direction, she then pointed her hand to a direction "There." "In that direction about fifteen minutes away is a scrap yard, apparently there should be some working vehicles that nobody will miss, because it works mostly as disguise of sorts for...bit less legal things." "Your new stuff will be in a post office in a town bit to the east."

Oliver looked around as Jenna did, wondering what was going on. He followed her pointing and nodded. "I've seen the place. I didn't think they'd have working cars there though."

He looked at her, blinking. "My new stuff?"

"Neither did I, but life is full of surprises."
"Yes, your new stuff." Jenna responded and started walking "A phone that can't be traced in case we end up separated, money, your new identities..." "You may have had to leave such things to your house, but you still need them."

Oliver nodded, feeling a little more comfortable. Having a phone and some money will definitely help. Though he wondered, what was his new identity.

"You're sure a fake ID will fool these people?" he asked.

"They don't fool Talon, but they will make tracking us harder." Jenna replied "If they find us, there's no way to fool them, but by having several different names that we will also change now and then, they can't track us based on for example hotel reservations."
