How do you handle having a large group of main characters?

So for a story I'm writing, I have around 14 main characters(it's a crossover). I was wondering, how can I deal with having this many protagonists, like make sure they all get enough attention, proper character interaction, etc. It's written in the style of an episodic series for reference

What, you mean like how the show does it? Could I have some examples?

Basically write sections where only a few characters are involved and have what they're doing contribute to the story arc, then exchange them with other characters and repeat. In many cases they start off all together and meet again towards the end. My favorite book, "Fall of Giants" by Ken Follett does an excellent job at this. Another better known example where this is very evident is the movie Pulp Fiction, only you'd be doing it most likely in order rather than have the timeline jump around. Most TV shows do this though, including MLP as can be seen with episodes that focus on specific characters of the mane 6 or beyond, rather than all of them or just Twilight.
