I don't remember how to change my profile picture or add a status update. How do I do that?

To change your profile picture, go to your profile and click on the button on the bottom left of your profile picture. As for status updates, are asking how to turn them on, or how to just post one? If it’s the former, click the “edit profile” button near the top right of your profile and click the switch next to “Enable status updates?”. If it’s the latter, the box for that is at the top of the activity feed on your profile.
