My friend asked me if I can make him some pegasus Octavia, so I did it. Can you tell me if there is anything I should improve?

If you look hard, the neck is a bit long.

Other than that, it's awesome!

Okay, one. neck is too long, but that was said. Two, does your friend not appreciate earth ponies for who they are and embrace their true character and personality? I think 'Tavi was perfect as is. Anyway, if Octavia WAS a pegasus, she strikes me for the kind that would rather be earthbound, so I imagine trying for the wings clamped shut.

I just can't make good wings :< I corrected them a bit but they still looks quite strange... About the shadows I don't knok how to make them yet. Maybe I'll figure it out in the future

I believe the neck and legs are too skinny, her chest could have more volume, abdomen area could be shorter, and the top part of her rear legs could be less beefy. See if those changes make it look better. If my advice makes it worse, oh well.

Other people look at it and think it's just fine, but I seem to be pretty different

 

The anatomy still feels iffy. What happens if you put this over a screenshot of a pony in a similar pose? I've done that before to double-check my anatomy and has saved me several times.
