Eesh! It has been a while. Sorry about that. College basically took over my life for the first third of the year. :lie:

Well, better late than never! Allow me to answer the couple of questions that I missed now. ^_^

You asked for it! To be asked that is. So........What is your favorite pizza? :3

Call me old fashioned, but I do love a good pepperoni pizza. Thin based bread in particular. On occasion I do like to have ham and mushroom toppings, though. Even plain old cheese will keep me satisfied!

No pineapples or sweetcorn, however. Those can heck right off. :yuck:

And I don't think I've ever asked you this somehow, what game or series do you love most? Show us your passion! :D You know, for gaming and such. :P

Aww! And I was hoping to show you my passion for gelatinous crafting. :BornAgainBrony:

Uhh, this one is actually a bit harder to answer. I'm one of those guys who doesn't really keep a 'favorite', especially when it comes to gaming. I like various series for differing reasons; I don't believe I've ever come across a game that has given me absolutely everything in one package. It really depends on what kind of mood I'm in at the time.

However, if I had to choose...

Well, the Final Fantasy series gave me some of my fondest memories of gaming throughout childhood. My first real fray into the series was FFVI, and to this day it remains my favorite entry in the series. There are few games since that have captured the spirit of what it means to be a bloomin' great fantasy RPG like that game did, and it helped to launch my interests in Japanese gaming and culture. I'm not sure that I'd be quite the person I was today without having sunk so many hours into that title. I still get goosebumps today from witnessing the famous opera scene.

So yeah, that's just one standout example. Certainly not the be-all-end-all of gaming for me, but a fine example nonetheless. :dash:

Hey buddy, hope this thread is still kicking. :lie:

Anyway, how did you discover MLP, and what was it about it that drew you into it?

Thanks to you, it is once again! :crackle:

Ah, now that is a good one. Funny how I don't believe I've ever really described how I first got into the fandom in all my time of being here. I did plan to create a blog about that at some point but, well.. you've seen what I'm like keeping on top of things.

Anyway, my discovery of MLP first began back in late 2014. I'd probably heard bits and bobs about the show before then, but this was the first time I properly paid it any heed. I was still in drama school at the time; my second year of it and was going through a bit of a rough patch in my studies. My general mood had declined at the time as a result and it had burnt me out of all of my usual interests. I just couldn't find anything to help me unwind and relax.

So, one night I was on the web doing my usual YouTube browsing at the time, when I came across a clip for the The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 song. Being bored out of my mind and probably not thinking straight, I clicked into it and was greeted by this wonderfully theatrical and catchy performance from a bunch of colourful pastel ponies. It was honestly just the kind of thing I'd needed at the time, but I figured it was just a once off thing and that the rest of the show was probably mindless drivel, so I left it at that.

...Or so I thought. :mlp_please:

Evidently, the show has a way of embedding itself into your mind, because I couldn't stop thinking about the song for some time and how vibrant and energetic the characters were. It eventually drove me to look more into the show, wherein I discovered that it had apparently been quite a smash hit for some time now, and led me to the 'brony' fandom it had created. I did honestly feel at the time that this was just some overblown internet fad and that people were exaggerating just how good the show actually was, but I nevertheless decided to check out the first two episodes anyway and, well... the rest is history. :D

A couple of months later I came across this forum and decided to join up, since I had no one irl who I could really discuss this with. One of the better decisions of my life, I must say. I've been very fortunate to have made some incredible friends in this community, two of which I've been able to meet with personally (I also somehow came to administrate it, but we'll gloss over that. :BornAgainBrony:). Now I'm even on my way to BronyCon this year for the last hurrah. The series has really been an encouragement for me to push myself and open new doors in my life. It's amazing to think all of this came from essentially a spur-of-the-moment decision from me that night. :mlp_rarity:

So yeah, I guess what drew me into it initially was the unique presentation and lighthearted atmosphere of the series overall. But what really made me stick around was the community. I'd been in a few other fandoms before MLP, but this one certainly taught me the value of how good they can be with a welcoming and friendly userbase.
