If a 12 year old's 13th birthday is in few days, will he/she be suspended?

Pretty much the answer to this question, no matter how much time would be left until their birthday, is still yes. The suspension is always however set to expire on the day of their birthday so they automatically regain access to the site once they turn 13. It's not really a staff quirk or anything but there are actually legal requirements behind it.
