not really, but spike i feel his personality should be different then what you put him under, not clinically depressed but something...

Nononononononono-MARVIN is the clinically depressed one. I said I thought it would be better for Spike to be more passive-aggressive while still playing Marvin's role.

Why? Cuz' passive-aggressiveness is funny, that's why.

What else is there? I mean, he's basically a slave. Since I can't really see him being clinically depressed, but I still need some sort of attitude to him and passive-aggressive is funny, it seemed like a okay fit. But it's not that good of one, I'm aware of that.

What about him just being apathetic and a pessimist?

i would be okay with that, spike :apathectic and pessimistic, all though i wouldn't say he is a slave as more of a uncaring servant

Unlike most other characters, where I went pony to HH versions, Marvin was the other way around.

Marvin, an android, is forced to do the tasks it is given, even though he does not want to. Since he is equipped with prototype GPP (Genuine People Personalities) he is more human than robot, so he has emotion, he is not hollow shell that mindlessly follows orders he is given. He would to refuse but he cannot, so he is a slave.

Spike himself is not really a slave, but in the crossover he is, just like Marvin, who he is representing.
