I wanted to say Irish Spring because normally that's under running hot water. I'd assume either Mexico or Spain because of the vicinity to desserts, but I've never been outside of the US and have yet to thoroughly travel my own country. Right now in the Pacific Northwest it's cool but this winter was a fricken breeze which I find disappointing. There was only like one good snow, and my girlfriend has shown me picture sof it being normal for her door to have well over a foot up against it, but now that I'm here we saw none of that.

Florida Spring. Enough said.  We're having near 100F heat index days here lately.

I have no idea. I've only experienced Spring in my country (always somewhere between 15 to 30ºC), so I'd say that - I voted for the closest option, which is Spain.

Arizona Spring, what people do in that state has to be worse than the Florida Spring right?

I've only experienced spring in my hometown, which can either be really cold and still snow, or be very humid and wet. Though I highly doubt that it is the warmest spring.
