general Stare - phobia!

Okay, seriously, is there a name to a phobia when a person/character is looking directly at you from a photo/screenshot/video and you cannot last more than 1-3 seconds looking directly into their eyes even though no hypnosis is involved?

I, for example, am breaking too easy when looking at Raven on this pic. Even though she is angry at someone else, I can't help but think that I am the one at fault here.
