Dignity 56 September 9, 2023 Share September 9, 2023 Nope. Wasn't a good enough student to pass the entrance examinations for public education eligibility, too broke to afford private education. I decided on a Vocational/Trade School program for Software Development. Haven't started yet, but from other friends that attend it, they say it's alright. And besides, from friends that went for CS to the university I wanted to go to, they tell me they basically learn nothing new, and those that didn't have a CS-heavy background before joining are completely lost. I think I made the right choice.
Guest September 10, 2023 Share September 10, 2023 (edited) Yes. Though I kind of wished I ended up doing another major like CS. I found myself recently starting an online cybersecurity program. Thankfully I don’t have any debt from my undergrad and this online program is relatively inexpensive as it’s a monthly rate and go at your own pace.
