Does Equine language exist?

In equestria, everypony speaks english. But Does everyone know if equine language exists in equestria?

They don't actually speak English, they speak a language called Ponish, and the show was just translated from Ponish to English.

I personally believe that ponies learn English (or whatever the show is spoken in for others) to communicate with other creatures, *and* Ponish to speak to other ponies, similar to how some people learn two languages from a young age. There's another language called "Old Ponish" which may be similar to Old English/Anglo-Saxon, or Latin.
