What if G4 rarely had male ponies?

To continue the tradition of MLP rarely having stallions or other male pony characters, how would you feel if G4 did as well? Maybe Shining Armor, Big Macintosh, and a few bad guys could be the only boys, while everypony else are female. 

Do you think this would drastically change how the generation went on?

As @Megas already alluded to, male ponies are already pretty uncommon in G4. I can't imagine making them even more scarce would change much of anything.

Agreed. Majority if the characters in the G4 show is female. What if G4 was gender swapped. [Insert Fanfic here]

True. I think we would just have a bit of a repeat of previous Gens if the were only girls. Maybe.

I think it would not change much if the gender of the ponies changed. However, I do prefer the mane cast to be female as it sets the show apart, having strong female lead characters.

I would be devastated. Stallions are one of the reasons I'm here.
