Shipping my OC with Nurse Redheart?

It seems that Night Sky has developed a crush on Nurse Redheart. Off the top of my head, I can't quite recall if this is going to cause drama, is she already commited, is there anything to suggest that? I can't remember. Night Sky noticed her appearances during our rewatch of FIM. 

Also, he divides his time between Cloudsdale and Canterlot. He's busy constantly. Nurse Redheart lives in Ponyville and is just as busy. 

So how can I write this convincingly, how could it ever work out?
