Anyone suffering from mental health issues?

I have OCD, ADHD, anxiety and severe depression.

Most of the time I feel like shit and fucked in the head. Got almost no friends to talk with.

Any else suffering from different issues?

Certain people loved to tell me I'm broken/mentally ill to the point it near destroyed me. I have since come to the conclusion there is nothing wrong with me and people can shove their projections up their asses. That isn't to mean I don't struggle ever because I absolutely do in ways people would consider troubling but I refuse to pathologise my struggles or emotions anymore no matter how offputting or strange they appear to other people. I have found that the most "well adjusted" people are smoke and mirrors themselves and in many ways are far more unhealthy than I have ever been yet tend to come across as "successful" or normal...

Oh I’m perfectly fine. I mean adhd and autism and anxiety are bad and all. But it’s not like I’m suffering from a mental disorder that’s still only used as comedy or horror with most of it being misinformation used for it or anything.
Wait.

I’ve had radical OCD since I was a teenager. I overcame it with logic, prayer and the help of my family.

I also deal with depression, and I recently took steps to address the problem with doctors. I was given the wrong meds, which did more harm than good, and was assigned therapy, which I didn’t attend. In many cases, clinical treatments are useful, but I know me better than the docs I decided instead to manage the problem the same way I always have; by myself, using logic and self-analysis. So far my efforts have been fruitful.

For me, a big problem was that my brain was all dressed up with nowhere to go. It was chewing itself up trying to be active and useful, but had nowhere to apply itself. So it turned inward and became self-destructive. Now I’ve given myself a goal to actively work toward, an array of activities to keep me on track, and a reward at the end. Now I feel better, I’m not on meds, and I have hope for the future.

It’s not always easy. Mental issues are terrifying. But it’s not hopeless either, so never give up. I know that sounds like fortune cookie BS, but in this case it’s also true.

I have ADHD and autism. I’m a little embarrassed to admit it sometimes because I was lectured by parental figures that I shouldn’t use ADHD and neurodivergence as an excuse and instead “work harder.” But yeah, my ADHD does make me struggle in school a little sometimes, particularly with specific subjects or times. Oh, and especially with homework. But I do take medication and get relatively good grades though. My autism has impacted my interactions with my peers. I wasn’t diagnosed with that until much later in my life though.

I wouldn't say I'm suffering right this moment, but I've struggled with generalized anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts.
