technical issue External PM notifications don't work

I have the forums saved as a home screen bookmark on my phone and I've been using the "pop up" notification feature so I get PM notifications similar to how you'd get text messages. That stopped working so I switched it to email. It worked once and then after that, I haven't gotten anymore emails. I've gotten PMs throughout the day so I'm definitely getting less external notifications than I should.

Is there a way to fix this? I tried turning pop up notifications on and off and that didn't do anything.

Hi Explosion Mare, do you have any other emails? If you do, try switching your account's email on this site and on Poniverse to a different email, and then test, see if you'll receive notifications throughout the new email.

In case you receive the notifications normally, then maybe it's a configuration problem in your current email or some other issue. If you still keep not receiving any emails, then I don't know what could be the problem, sorry.
