Her username I believe is "Buttershy". Please tell her to email me at support@feld0.com or get in touch with me via Skype at feld0- and I'll sort it out with her personally. Update: I see what's going on here. Your friend, Mal, registered two accounts, and I only unflagged/unbanned the "Buttershy" one. She must be trying to log in with "Buttercream". I unflagged and unbanned that one, too.
