I have done this in the past with Buster Blader and Dark Paladin. I say each card would cost to be around $3, since it does cost me money to do. I have to buy the secret paper, possibly acetone, rubber cement, Yugioh cards, paper towels. It isn't cheap. So, each deck would cost about $120. Not cheap.
