Thunder stopped at the outskirts of Fillydelphia and pointed to where a bunch of pegasi zombies had crowded around a gaurd barracks. "Watch out for those flying ones, " he told the rest of Charlie squad.

[Bari 7,023]

Sparrow eyed the pegasi zombies. They didn't look any different from the earth pony zombies from earlier, except with wings. One of them looked towards him, dead eyes locking with his. Making a horrible gurgling sound, the unholy beast got the attention of the other winged monstrosities. "Er, that doesn't look good..." Sparrow said, drawing his cleaver from the makeshift harness on his back.

"I'm suprised we haven't encountered any infected yet." Snow Flake said with relief. "Anypony have something to say to pass the time?" Snow Flake asked, obviously he was bored out of his mind.

Butcher continued running, leading the group for the most part, until taking note of the the pegasi zombies. He was clearly at a disadvantage - being the only one in the squad unable to fly. He grunted and continued running, attempting to get the attention of the enemies as they slowly drew away from Sparrow and Thunder.

[Bari 7,023]

Sparrow, seeing an opportunity, hacked at the wings of one of the zombie pegasi. The horrid creature's wings began to fail, so Sparrow gave it a good hard kick. "Butcher, I'm sending them down to you, try and kill them!" he shouted down. "Thunder, help me out!"

[NeverNeverland 1,940]

Butcher heard Sparrow's faint cries, made a hard 180 degree turn to face the falling zombie pegasus, and in one swift motion decapitated the monster. He grunted in approval and attempted to yell,"Keep them coming!", as he continued hacking on the incoming zombies.

[Bari 7,023]

In a matter of minutes, Sparrow knocked 6 pegasi out of the air. It was hard work, Sparrow having to dodge swarms, all the while trying to wheel around towards their wings. "These things are too easy." Sparrow said, right before a zombie sent him hurtling to the ground. I got too cocky. He thought, trying to adjust himself so that he'd fall on a corpse.

Thunder leveled his rifle and blew off the head of the zombie attacking Sparrow before flying in the air to aim at the others. "Watch out Sparrow," he yelled as he shot another's wing, blowing it off.

[Bari 7,023]

Sparrow stabilized his wings so that he'd glide. He came down to the ground and quickly returned to the fight. "Ok, you cretins, you are all going to pay for that." He dove right for a zombie and chopped off one of it's wings with a heavy stroke of his cleaver.

"I got nothing Jango, maybe we could talk about techniques on how to kill zombies if we encounter any."

 

Daeva walked through the giant hole she blew up a while ago, when she reached the exit she noticed the door was lock and there was no way through.

 

"I'm not going to waste any more C4 for another door. Stand back, I'll try to shoot the lock off."

 

She blew off the whole door when she shot it and she went out of the mall and into the streets where she saw a few zombies looking straight at her.

 

"That's just great."

 

The zombies called over the hoard and zombies started flooding through the door.

 

"**** my life."

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade grabbed Daeva's leg.

"Come on!" He tried pulling her the opposite direction. "Come on! We gotta get out of here!"

 

 

She blew off the whole door when she shot it and she went out of the mall and into the streets where she saw a few zombies looking straight at her.

 

"That's just great."

 

The zombies called over the hoard and zombies started flooding through the door.

 

"**** my life."

 

[Azura 1,107]

"It's easier to kill them from one spot."

 

Daeva stood near the door and she continued unloading her gun mag by mag into the zombies brains.

 

"I'll catch up, now go!"

 

"Trust me Fire Blade."

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade stood there for a second watching Daeva fight back the zombies.

"You best come back alive." He grabbed Jango and pushed Splinter ahead of him.

"Let's go, you two!"

"But how are we gonna rendezvous with Charlie squad now?!" Snow Flake asked as he equipped a grenade in his hand. "DAEVA USE THIS!!" Snow Flake shouted as he tossed an unpinned white phosphorus to Daeva. "Make it count!" Snow Flake yelled as he moved back with the group.

Daeva held the grenade Snow Flake threw over and continued gunning.

 

"Thanks!" she replied as she reloaded her gun.

 

Daeva went over to the door and quickly set up a trip wire that will pull the grenade when the zombies walk over.

 

"Lets see what this could do." as she started flying back to the others.

''BOOM! HEADSHOT!'' Splinter said while shooting a zombie in the head. ''This is the most exciting thing that's ever happened in my fu**ing life!'' Splinter yelled with joy.

[Nightfall 3,950]

A zombie tripped the grenade wire and started dragging it towards the group. Fire Blade shot the zombie with his pistol, but it went down close to the group.

 

"GET DOWN!" Fire Blade tackled Daeva as Jango flew up. The explosion rattled them all, but everyone seemed to be ok.

Jango thought, and saw all the pegasi zombies. "OH MY GOODNESS." Jango screamed. "I have the bestest idea ever!!" She continued, "I'm already infected so if I act like a zombie around them, they'll think I'm one of them...that could be useful." Jango told them.

"I guess that did the trick, now lets get outside."

 

Daeva and the others walked out to find themselves under the sun.

 

"I lost track of time after napping in that room."

 

She covered her eyes from the beaming sun as it caught her eyes.

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade shielded his eyes with his right hoof. The light was teamed with some decent heat. But he knew he would go wherever Daeva would go.

"Where to next?" Fire Blade slowly lowered his hoof to see a big, deserted city laying before him.

[Sun 34]

Jango thought, and saw all the pegasi zombies. "OH MY GOODNESS." Jango screamed. "I have the bestest idea ever!!" She continued, "I'm already infected so if I act like a zombie around them, they'll think I'm one of them...that could be useful." Jango told them.

 

Jango waited for a reply from them, because she thought it was a rather good idea herself.

''You are one smart kid, Jango!'' Splinter said while grinning. Wow! She has like, the greatest ideas ever! Who would ever think of something that smart?! Oh.. Wait.

"You sure about that? I mean thats pretty risky." Snow Flake said as he wiped blood off his LR-300 with a piece of cloth. "Hey have you been feeling any cravings for brains lately?" Snow Flake asked cautiously.

[Nightfall 3,950]

"Hey! Snow! That's disrespectful!" Fire Blade sounded stern. He turned to Jango. "That's actually a brilliant idea! Go ahead and try it real quick." Fire Blade made sure his pistol had enough ammo.

[Azura 1,107]

"Hey Snow Flake, mind if you toss that LR-300 over? I'd like to check it out."

 

Daeva continued walking as she waited for Snow Flake to toss it over, she was alert and was ready to catch it even if she looked as if she was too busy walking forward.

 

"It's a bit too sunny out here, I'll walk at the side to avoid getting sunburned."

 

Daeva was confused about how Jango was going to try it out when there wasn't a single zombie in sight.

 

"You wanted to see if it'll work right? How are you going to test it out when there isn't any zombies around?"
