"I'll go....find some?" Jango asked. "Or if we encounter any, I'll try it then." Jango replied, glad everyone was agreeing to the idea she'd made. This made her confidence boost.

"I'll be overlooking you when you attempt to blend in with the zombies through my sniper so you don't get bitten by any one of the monsters or even worse, eaten."

 

She took out her sniper rifle to check her ammo and replaced the x4 scope and replaced it with a ballistic scope and threw on a bipod just to make sure when she protects Jango she doesn't shoot the wrong pony.

 

"Lets move faster before it gets dark again." as she spread her wings and started flying ahead.

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade began galloping to try to keep u with Daeva. He hoped they wouldn't have to travel far. He kept an eye on Jango, just to try to make sure she really was ok...

"Here Daeva fully loaded and ready for action!" Snow Flake said as he tossed his LR-300 over to Daeva. "I'll just take this out, just to be on the safe side." Snow Flake added as he took out his MK23.

"Interesting gun, I heard it's similar to the M16."

 

Daeva looked through it's sights and turned the gun 360 degrees.

 

"Hey Snow Flake, here's your gun back"

 

She flew over to Snow Flake and handed it back.

"I just took a lot of equipment from the gun shop." Snow Flake replied as he tossed Splinter an ammo magazine. "I'm not gonna hog all these weapons to myself, Charlie squad will need them." Snow Flake added as he checked the bag of equipment. "Thanks Daeva." Snow Flake said as he got his weapon back.

As Daeva and the others walked in the middle of the street she spotted the monster again on the top of a building.

 

She took her sniper rifle and scoped in.

 

"I got you now."

 

Daeva took the shot and the bullet blasted right through it's head and out of the back of it's head.

 

It started losing balance and the next second it was falling down fast, when it reached the floor and made a huge crater in the middle of the street.

 

"Don't be alarmed, it's just a monster."

 

She quickly flew over to check it out.

"Was that thing following us this whole time?!" asked Snow Flake as shock went over his face. "What the heck is t-that thing?! Is it mutated or something?"

Snow Flake was very cautious and he pointed his gun at the creature.

"It was following us for a while but it scared me and the others, it also gave me a vision but it was too horrifying to describe."

 

Daeva went over and saw the monster lying in the middle of the giant hole.

 

She took out a C4 and tossed it right on it's face.

 

"Get back, I need to make sure this thing's dead."

 

She pulled the detonator and blew the dead body into millions of small bits and blood splattered every where.

 

Daeva wiped off the blood off her face as she continued heading to the direction of the fountain.

Snow Flake barfed a few seconds after the blood and gore was splattered everywhere. "Was it necessary to use C4 just to make sure that thing was dead?!" Snow Flake asked as he wiped off the blood and guts. "I mean you could've shot it in the head with your sniper rifle." Snow Flake added.

"It's better than having to deal with an angry monster that had to take a bullet through the head from me, I had to make sure before I left it here."

 

Daeva was disgusted at Snow Flake barfing.

 

"I suppose you have a weak stomach." she added as she started smiling.

Thunder motioned to the rest of Charlie squad to follow him as he moved towards the barracks. Without making sure they followed he snuck up and shot one zombie straight between the eyes.

"Gotcha," he said.

"Well... At least I still have my stomach." Snow Flake said as he pointed at the remains of the creature. "Us Equestrian Marines weren't trained in fighting a zombie apocalypse." Snow Flake implied as he started to laugh.

Sparrow weaved through zombies as they tried to out maneuver him. Hack, hack, hack. More zombies fell to the ground, but they began getting up. He took it as an opportunity fly after Thunder. Shifting in close, Sparrow asked, "What are you planning?"

Jango swerved into the crowd of zombies. She began to act like them, and they thought she was part of the group. Jango gave a wink to those who where paying attention, as if to say it works. "Braiinns," Jango went on, to stay in character.

"Shhhhhh" Thunder told Sparrow before shooting the top off of a canister of Nitrogen freezing the rest of the zombies by the barracks quickly. "Zombies are corpses they have no body heat,easy to freeze." Thunder said before flying to the barracks.

[Bari 7,023]

Sparrow continued to follow Thunder, eyeing the younger pegasus with curiosity. He was beginning to respect his team mate. Such an alert ally could certainly increase his chances of survival. "What are we looking for? Do you think there is something in the barracks?" Sparrow questioned, peering at the ominous building.

[NeverNeverland 1,941]

Butcher silently followed behind the two pegasi, seeing as Thunder's cunning had finally paid off for once. He kept to himself as he entered the quiet building. It reminded him of one of the warehouses he worked in after getting laid off. Butcher grunted and continued walking.

Jango kept on walking with the zombies, they often sniffed her, but shrugged it off and kept moving. Jango bucked a zombie behind her in the neck, causing it's neck to be snapped and dead. No other zombie cared actually, they just - they where really stupid. "Man these things are stupid." Jango said. And still, the zombies didn't care she could talk.

''How does she do it?'' Splinter said while looking at Jango. She probably had the greatest ideas in Splinter's opinion. For a filly, she is very smart and zombie like! Hope that doesn't mean something bad..

"Aha! Another idea!" Jango said, "Someone make a cage, or get ready to close something that will trap them." This was going to be a greater plan, so great! Grapes, grapes. I could do with some grapes now actually.

"It's because she's been infected before and maybe still is so the zombies think she's one of them."

 

Daeva placed a silencer on her sniper rifle, went prone and set up the bipod on the floor.

 

She blasted all of the zombies near Jango before any of them count react.

 

"We know it won't attack and lets get moving." she said as she stood up.

''Yes Mam!'' Splinter said while smiling. He hummed a song and continued walking. I love being on Alpha! I get the best, nicest, most smart teammates in the history of teammates!

Thunder entered the barracks and cracked the crates of weapons and ammunition open. "Everybody grab one gun, we need to travel light," he told the other two Charlie team members as he set down his old rifle and picked up a royal gaurd "Spear" carbine.
