I hope he will make another appearance. I love the voice actor and the character makes an interesting villain.

 

I would love that as well, however at this point it is not planned. John deLancie said on his Twitter account a couple weeks ago that if the fans liked him enough, they should tell it to the studio and maybe they would call him back for another episode. But it was all up the air still, as far as he knew.
