"I actually was just discussing the ability of pegasi to do magic with Wildcard here. He's a bit hesitant, but I could give you some help if you like. It won't be unicorn magic, but its still a magic of some sort!"

 

Blossom Bloom blushed at his comment about her wings. She tucked them in slowly and looked up at Wilcard. "Th-Thank you...Um..Is that possible? Pegasi able to do some sort of maigc? I would like to learn. It seems exciting. What do I have to do?"she asked with a smile.

"That was because of undo convergence of the timelines causing dilation of the leyline..." Wits trailed off.

 

"Okay, let's try that again. That was because something big was about to happen, and so my horn drew a lot of energy to itself. It only happens when two people who are going to be important to each other meet, or are going to meet soon. I can prepare so it doesn't happen again."

Blossom Bloom hid her face with her mane, for her face was red again. "M-Maybe later..." she replied quietly.

She took her own menu and began to look through it while saying "Yes please don't strain yourself. It wouldnt be very good if what happened at the library were to happen again."

Looking up from her menu, she turned her attention to Wits. "Huh? When two people are going to meet? So basically you can sort of predict things...?" she tilted her head to the side and thought about what else Wits could do.

"It's... hard to say. Timelines are always dancing around, so you can't use them to predict the future. The most I can do is use probabilities to predict events that are going to happen based on alternate universes." Wits wasn't sure if he was being to complex.

Jaide stopeed in front of the bookstore. She burst in shouting," Blossom Bloom! Wildcard! Wits! Vinyl is hurt!" At that very moment Jaide noticed that there was no one there. "Huh? But..." Jaide sat down in a rather confused mood.

 

"I bet that they went to go get something to eat," she said after a moment. Jaide flew out out of store not knowing that she was flying.

"Yeah," Wits said, looking at Blossom Bloom. "Gotta stay positive."

 

He turned to Wildcard. "You've been kind of quiet. Anything on your mind, as of right now?" He put a hoof under his chin thoughtfully.

 

Blossom Bloom copied Wits position and leaned in "Yea. Why have you been so quiet?" she tried to say in a serious tone. She failed almost immediately, for she began to giggle a little. "It's like an interrogation. Hey, you! Who stole the cookies?!" In her head, she had a funny and gruff voice. Wildcard skimmed through the letter.

"Oh ponyfeathers that sucks!" he said angrily "I wonder what that unfortunate events are?" and after a few moments he added "Well I don't think it would have been THAT great anyways. Watching some fancy pony couples dance while sipping some drinks at the bar. Maybe we should just go into town and party there"
