Ever only read the transcript? or only listen?

When the show airs, rather than watch it right away, do you wait until a fanmade transcript is made and read that and then watch it? Similar question would be have you ever only listened to the show and imagine what the animation would be like?

Also, have you ever only read the transcript or listen to the show after you've already seen it?

btw, this is more of an experiment than anything

I'm a big believer in trying new ways of experiencing the same thing and I've done this a few times.

Btw, the innuendo and double-entrendre in only listening to things is sometimes too much to bear.

Before I began actually watching the show, I used to read the transcripts of episodes. Some seemed to be exciting to read, others just seemed a little too drab and obvious.

Now that I watched the show, I can't imagine myself just listening to it or reading it, not even beforehand. I might reference a transcript to figure out something to settle an argument, but the art and the action still draw me in.

Huh? I'm not sure if I understand you right here, is there people who actually read before watching the actual episode? Well I do not.

Nah, I usually can't watch it on Saturdays when it airs so I susally wait until that night or Sunday morning for it to be released in 1080p on Youtube. Why waste my tine with words when I can watch? It is a SHOW meant to be WATCHED with the EYES.
