I think it looks great! Maybe you should try working on her hair hanging over her face and make it feel a bit less straight and stiff. Other than that, I like it! Great work!

Critically speaking, you may want to move that bottom head over some more, the chin and such; it looks like Leela a bit how it's centered on the forehead area and the rest is moved slightly over to the right.

 

I can't find too much wrong with the body so that's good.

 

If that is a wing in the back, you may want to possibly try moving it down so it looks more centered on the shoulder blades and extending the wings a bit.

 

Last bit, when making Anthromorphic ponies their hair should be more extended to bring out more personality to the image along with traits that originally held to the original model. Maybe adding her Cutie Mark as a clothing symbol for that sweater might help?
