"Cool about all of the above! This is awesome! I mean, like, really awesome! Like, I- I'm speechless!" The dark blue pony got to her feet, unable to sit still any longer. "I mean seriously! This is the coolest thing ever!"

Hank smiles as he picks up the chip "if someone sold this chip they would get millions" he smiles

 

Epsilon smiles at lightning "i bet you really want to fly again but i wouldnt recommend it because of the weather"

[Lightning Flicker 101]

"I know............. It sucks. I wish it would end already. I mean, everypony is running out of food! I wish there was something we could do about it!" Lightning Flicker paced, her wings flapping impatiently. She sighed. "I hate feeling helpless."

epsilon nods "i know but who knows what could happen" he walks up to her examining her wings "i can see every detial of your wings" he kept examing "i hope we can help ponyville and cloudsdale" he finishes examing

Misty was surprised such a device existed. She was speechless. When she finally found her voice, all she could say was "Misty Cyclone." Realizing she slipped up, she immediately corrected herself. "I mean Leaves, Misty Leaves. Nice to meet you, what ever you are." This hologram thing was amazing. Why didn't she hear of these things? "Wait, that thing is worth money?" she thought. "No, no, I have to control myself."

"AppleJack?" Twilight asked trying to focus on the pony in front of her "I was going to get you, I need you and the rest of the girls, Princess Celestia needs our help" she said covering her face with one hoof

She does? Well, I figured I should just head to Sugarcube Corner to talk to Pinkie first, and then round up everypony else to help with this crazy shenanigan. Would you like to come with me? I'm sure we can rest up there for a bit, and find the rest! I know the situation is pretty bad, but it's no reason for a little pit stop to warm up!

Bumble Berry had heard of holograms, but to see one was quite another thing. She stared in awe before finally gathering her thought and saying, "My name is Bumble Berry." She watched as Lightning Flicker paced. She also hoped that someone would do something to help Ponyville, but there was no need for her to say it, mostly because everypony else was probably thinking that. She stood up and went over to her mattress, picking it up by it's end and dragging it over, closer to the fire. Her body had become warmer by far, comparing to the freezing temperature in her house. She would return and clean up when it was all over.

Epsilon smiles "its nice to meet you misty leaves, and bumble berry." He walks around "i hope you enjoy staying here i need to get some rest. He fades away as hank put the chip back in its glass dome.

 

Hank smiles "so now you know what a hologram looks like." He looks at the fire "i guess everyone is all warm now" he looks at the three

Bumble nodded. "Thanks for letting us stay, it's really helpful, in cases of food and heat. The question is, even though I managed to bring my mattress here, where will Misty Leaves and Lightning Flicker sleep?"

Hank nods "your welcome its the least i can do" he thinks "i have some spare mattress' for misty and lightning" he smiles "i will sleep on thr floor since i only have two mattress' so my home is your home" he takes off his hood wondering if any of the ponies will wonder what happened to his left eye as he has no pupil and a scar over it.

"You're right, being out in this storm for too long isn't any good" she said as she looked at the sky, she looked at Applejack again "Okay, we'll grab Pinkie next" she said walking back to the center of town.

Lightning Flicker shook her head. "Floor is fine with me. I've been sleeping on the ground, I can deal with the floor." Lightning Flicker also didn't feel right taking a bed away from him. Besides, the floor WAS an improvement over the frozen ground.

Hank gave a smile "no you all are guests and thats how i will treat you" he gave a warming smile. "Ill go bring the mattress' down for you botg. He heads upstairs and soon brings down two mattress' setting them behind them all

So it's settled! Let's get goin! ...And fast, it's colder than the Crystal Mountains out here! Applejack rushed to Sugarcube Corner, being sure Twilight was right behind her.

 

Eventually, they both made it, seeing all the new ponies in the room looking like they were about to rest up. Oh, uh... Hello there. Sorry to interrupt, but have any of you seen a pony named Pinkie Pie around here?

"Thanks Hank." Misty said, rushing over to one of the mattresses. She lay down and got comfortable. It's fluffiness was much better then the hard mat she was used to. "Hey, uh, ya got any blankets?" She didn't mean to impose, but even she had a thin blanket at home, so Hank should have some. Maybe she should have brought her's, but it was best just to stay here.

Hank smiles "yes i have some blankets" he went back upstairs getting alot of blankets. He soon came back down setting the blankets "if you need anything just ask. I would rather help others than myself i care for others" he grins handing each one a blanket.

Maybe it was just her normal coarseness, but something felt wrong about somepony being this nice. "Why are you doing this? What do you gain from helping us?" Misty asked, very perplexed. She got up and took the thickest blanket. Wrapping it around her, she went right back to her mattress. The cozy warmness was almost enough to put her right to sleep, but she forced herself to stay awake long enough to get an answer.

Hank gave a smile "well for one thing i dont want ponies suffering. And the other thing is thats how i make friends, by helping them." He smiles as he layed infront of the fire keeping warm "so anything we should talk about?"

"Nah, I have nothing to say. I'll just lay here and listen." Misty said half asleep. The warmth of the fire and blanket was more than enough to knock her out, but she tried to pay attention anyway. She may not have anything to say, but her companions might.

Hank nods at misty "ok well i see you are warm" he gave smile looking at lightning and bumble berry "anything you want to know? Oh and lightning go lay down on the mattress" he smiles nudging her to it.

Applejack looked around the room, and didn't see her anywhere. Pinkie Pie! Where are you? It's Applejack and Twilight! We need you!

LIghtning Flicker settled down onto the mattress. She was still antsy and the twitching of her wings showed it. "Sorry, I pace when I'm frustrated. And this storm has me extremely frustrated. I mean, I want to help everypony, but I can't!"

Hank gave a nod "i want to help everypony also but i cant do antthing without their help." He sighs as he lays on the floor next to them all. "I really hope no one plans on taking the chip." He looks at the dome. "So anything you want to know about me?"

"Why do you have that 'chip' thing anyway. I might not have been paying attention...." Misty murmured sleepily. She still felt like there was something off about this pony. It could have been the fact that he was being so nice. Misty didn't like to trust ponies who are nice without reason after her history with "nice" ponies. In the end, it was always to get something out of her. But, she didn't have much worth taking, so she was becoming confused. Her eye fluttered a bit as she drifted further asleep.
