and the person has only seen 10 minutes of MLP in his whole life how will other bronies feel?

Well, you wouldn't be the first person to register and be active here that isn't a fan of ponies.

 

We've actually had a couple fairly well known posters here with very little actual interest in the show - we do have a rather robust off-topic section, so it's perfectly possible to get a fair bit out of the community without having to subject yourself to the candy-colored equines.

Well that depends on the person. If they are friendly they will be welcomed here. The road to becoming a brony is paved with curiosity, so theoretically a non-brony may suddenly realize that they have become a brony. Of course that doesn't always happen but it is certainly not out of the question.

Off topic I know but as soon as I saw this I geeked out like crazy because of three references it makes. MLP:FiM, Bioshock 2 and Nineteen Eighty-four! @'s intro posts just keep growing and growing. One of these days they'll just be mass-produced, and it will become obsolete to even comment in intro threads anymore, because their intro post will contain every possible greeting, along with every possible helpful tip for new members.
