Trolly is still in sleep.Well in her dream:

"Don't banish me to the moon Princess!I didn't do anything wrong!".On the real world there were tears in her eyes.

"Princess don't do it....What did i do wrong......".The princess(in his dream)strikes Trolly with a powerful beam.It was really hurting her.

The tears were increasing.

Emerald was searching for Trolly, he had lost sight of her when he had performed his feat of thievery, and he was hoping to find her and make himself scarce before the pony whom he had stolen from caught up with him. He noticed Jacob had been watching him,

"I'm shifting outta this part of town until the choosing begins, I think we should find Trolly before I vanish though, she won't be too happy if she thinks I just ditched you guys and ran off. We better find her so I can explain....She was asleep somewhere when I lost track of her..."

He scanned the area, taking in and rejecting the sight of every pony in the square, eventually his gaze settled on a certain pegasus,

"Hey, J, I think that's her....Let's go see.....Huh?....Is she.....Crying?....Strange...We should go check on her, make sure she's okay."

'I wonder what started her off......Stress? Nerves? I don't know......Maybe somepony said or did something to upset her....Hmm...'

He trotted off towards the obviously distressed pegasus,

 

 

The sun would soon reach it's peak, the expedition team would be picked at perfect dusk,

 

(OOC: Yup, soon, sooooon.)

When the beam hit her(in her dream)she imediatley woke up.She was sweating and had tears in her eyes.

She saw Emerald and Jacob coming towards her."I signed the form then fell asleep but i had a weird nightmare."

She told them the nightmare of Princess Celestia banishing her to the moon for no reason.

"It was really weird."

Emerald flinched slightly at the short re-telling of the twisted nightmare,

"Eh, as long as you're fine now, tha's all that matters at the moment. The princess'll be choosing expedition members in a little while, I've kinda got to vanish after I pulled a little stunt back there to get a form,"

He explained what had happened when he'd found out about the severe lack of forms and how he'd had to use...Disagreeable means to obtain his,

"So that's why I've got to make sure that the pony who I nicked it from doesn't see me. I'm going to go hide at a bar for a little while, wait for things to cool down, then I'll be back for the choosing. You can come too if you want.."

"I'll come.".Trolly didn't want to leave his friend alone.

Though she didn't ask Jacob.She coming towards Jacob.Then she tripped on rock and fell down.

She stood up.She had blood on her left hoof.She cleaned it up and went to Jacob.Then shouted to Emerald."Wait there Emerald!"

"You coming J?".

"I ain't standin' here! The pony I stole from is only over there!"

He pointed a hoof in the direction of a bulky, muscled pegasus stallion.

"I'll hide behind those bushes, I'll be here....Unless I'm not, in which case - I won't."

Emerald took a running-dive into the bushes, remaining perfectly still and silent so as to not attract any 'unwanted' attention.

 

(OOC: Where is everyone else? 7 signed up, one has personal reasons for not being around, one did a single post and nothing since, the others haven't even posted! Thanks all the more to you guys though. It's kinda late so I'm having the expedition teams picked tomorrow. We could do with a few more players, tell anyone interested, spread it! Anyway, I bid thee Goodnight.

Jacob looked at Trolly and said "No, you guys go on ahead. I'll meet you guys there when their chosing the ponies for the expedition." Jacob walked off in a diffrent direction. He was going around asking ponies about rumors surrounding the expedition. He walked up to a pony. "Excuse me but do you have any information about this expedition?"

 

 

(OOc: Can we roleplay as extra's? and anyone want to roleplay as the person Jacob's talking to really quickly.)

(OOC: Do you mean RP-ing as random people/ponies? Or something like that? If so, yeah, tha's fine. Also, I'll do the dude yo' talking to if you want....For the purpose of my amusement, it will be - a filly!)

 

 

Emerald still hadn't moved from his bush, carefully watching to see if he could get away without the annoyed stallion seeing him.

 

A young, bright pink earthen filly was trotting around, not really caring about anything, suddenly a pony appeared in front of her,

"Um, I've heard a bit about the ex-exped-...Outing, Apparently Miss. Celestia will be sle-selec-...Choosing, all the ponies that go...Oh! an' I heard that the factory place has ghosts!"

She turned around just as she finished in her slight sign-song voice, then she half-trotted, half-skipped off in a fairly carefree direction.

 

(OOC: Was that okay?)

Trolly quickly went next to the bush that Emerald was hiding in.She leaned on the bush.

She saw the stallion.The stallion came to her."Did you see a unicorn that was colored dark green around here?"

"Nope.".The stallion went away from the center thinking she was not there anymore.

"Ok you are safe Emerald."

Emerald had heard Trolly's announcement. Now he was trying the extricate himself from the bush....That he was slightly stuck in...

"Thanks Trolly, I think you saved my flank there."

He gave up trying to be quiet,

"I'd stand back a bit if I was you, this bush is annoying me!"

He closed his eyes, a quick flash of light, then the bush was no-where to be seen, just a few scorch marks on the floor where it had been and a slightly singed, but triumphant looking Emerald stood there, grinning like a fool.

He blinked to remove the ash from his eyes then shook off, creating a black cloud of ashes.

"Hehe, sorry everyone."

He called over to a group of ponies that received this cloud, and stood around choking on it.

"Uh, hey, isn't the expedition choosing gonna be soon?..."

He looked at the sky, noticing that the sun had almost begun to set,

"Damnit! Quick! to the square, I don't wanna be late after all this trouble!"

And then he ran off in the general direction of the square...

 

Celestia stood tall on the edge of the central square statue, imitating the pose. She addressed the gathered crowd before her,

 

"My ponies and other assorted beings of Equestria, I will now be announcing the chosen few selected for the expedition the mysterious factory place on the Equestrian border."

 

Nothing moved in the silence, everyone waiting for their name to be said by the princess,

 

She opened her mouth, about to announce the first expedition member,

 

"The first of the party will be -....

 

(OOC: And now I'm going to check some OC names, Be back soon!)

Luminous heard about the announcement from the princess and since she already lives in Canterlot, she has gotten a Sign-up sheet to participate. As the day was close she rushed off into the square to hear about everything.

"I must hurry. Don't want to be late now."

I woke up earlier without knowing what was going on, all I know is Princess Celestia has somehow found me even though I've kept a low profile in Fillydelphia, now I must enter an abandoned research facility, I enter into Town Square and bump into an unicorn.

 

"Stupid unicorn, you got in my way"

Emerald was literally bouncing, waiting in suspense,

 

"Come on, Come on, Come on! Me, Me, Me!"

 

The princess continued,

 

"The first member is E-

 

'YesYesYesYes!'

 

Celestia coughed,

 

"Eh, eh, ahem, as I was saying, the first member is Trolly the pegasus, well done."

 

'She coughs like that?! WHAT!'

 

The next member is Blinding-Speed, also a pegasus....Huh?"

 

As the pegasus went to step forward, he disappeared in a flash off light,

 

'I can't believe it! I stole his form, he still got on! Eh, he's probably in Manehattan by now, that was a bit of an overkill teleport spell.'

 

Emerald fought back a small grin,

 

Celestia began to announce the next members,

 

"Okay, well done to Luminous and Jacob, please, make yourself known when called out, if you can."

 

'What? What?! WHAT!?! What about me...Hmm...I'll get myself there yet, hehe..'

 

(OOC: Sorry if I kinda GM-ed a few of you there, I can change it if you want, does anyone else want to be officially called out by Celly?)

 

Celestia turned away,

 

"There are several more of you, you know who you are."

 

She flew off in a dazzling blast of light, straight back to the castle,

 

Emerald Blaze stood, staring into space, half out of disbelief that after all this he hadn't been picked, half out of the fact that he was pretty sure someone or something had rushed past a moment ago,

 

"I can't believe this......Heh, I will get on that expedition team..I know just how,"

 

Noticing that his friends that had been called up hadn't moved around much, he sidled over to them, seeing the 'Luminous' that had been chosen,

 

"Hey there Lumi, I'm guessing you're fairly good at magic, huh?...........You think you could pull a very minor memory loss spell on the princess?...I'll make it worth your while....."

 

Emerald looked up at the castle, seeing the light coming from the throne room windows,

 

'She's waiting for them....I wonder how much attention she paid to them.......Or if she trusts her memory more than her 'loyal' subjects....? Heh, nothing she does'll stop me now, I'm getting in there, one way or another........This Luminous unicorn looks quite cool...I wonder if 'll be as easy to befriend as the others...?.....'

 

 

 

(OOC: Last post from PC tonight, I'll still be on my phone though, although that means less-perfect spelling and grammar & no italics - so no more thought from Emerald until tomorrow afternoon, got school re-starting tomorrow too. I'll try and RP during that though...Along with a little TulpaForcing (A side-project and interest) School, woo.....One other Bro in 2K+ people, an' he's got gi!)

Jacob heard his name off in the distance from Celestia. "Ohh buck. I forgot about the chosing... well it looks like I got picked." Jacob ran quickly to the town sqare. He meet up with Trolly. "I forgot about the choosing but I heard Celestia say my name... so what did i miss?"

"Emerald didn't get picked.".Trolly was sad.

"So its you,me and the other members that got chosen.Are you sad that Emerald didn't get chosen?".

"Forget it,we have to go to the palace/castle.".On their way Trolly saw Emerald talking to Luminous.'What are they talking about?'

 

(OOC:School has started so i wont be here until 4:30 PM(GMT + 2:00 hours))

She didn't say my name, then again I have no name.. so she could never really tell me where I can and ca't go, so maybe I'll become a tagalong, after all she can't stop me, so I'll just do whatever I please and do whatever I want to do.

 

I can go regardless, I have no plans.

Mach Speed was late, she was late, for a very important date! The expatition members were going to be called and she was going to be-

 

"-several more of you, you know who you are."

 

Then Celestia vanished.

 

"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

 

She started to eavesdrop on the conversation. The fu! If things were going this way, then she would never get on! She had to do what she had to do - beat them to the factory and actually take place. Tag along. That wasn't against the rules, was it? Mach Speed nodded in spite of herself, and dashed off. The only problem was that she went a little TOO fast, and she heard some glass shatter, creating an echo heard through out the entire town. She had to find a place to hide - but where? She looked up and saw a storm cloud. Yeah, that would do nicely. After a couple of zaps and screams, she was able to successfully hide. If it would last, though, because she saw some pegasi up there that could easily investigate what the broken glass was about, as the window was completely shattered and easy for a mare pegasi to get too.

 

"Oh...Sometimes I worry about you, Mach." Mach told herself with a sigh.

 

[Joined at last minute. Ha ha. Epic opening.]

(OOC: Indeed, unexpected but, yeah, epikku!)

 

"Well..."

 

Emerald Blaze started trotting toward the castle entrance,

 

"It's time to show her who rocks and who rolls 'round here."

 

He stopped once he could see the guards at the entrance, a loud boom followed by a light tinkling of glass suddenly took the guards by suprise, while they were trying to regain their composure and stand back up again, Emerald sprinted in, blurring himself as best he could with some weak illusion magic,

 

'I gotta find and thank that pegasi later, sonic booms are such brilliant distractions!'

 

He began feeling the princesses prescence as he rounded a corner, turning out into a small balcony-like area, overlooking the throne room,

 

"Hehe, I'm in princess,"

 

Emerald looked around for any guards, then, seeing none, he jumped off of the platform and, using a small magical field, fell silently to the floor,

 

Princess Celestia turned her head slightly, seeming to have heard Emerald,

 

"Oh Pony Fea-

 

He instantly became trapped in a light yellow aura, lifting him in front of the princess,

 

She spoke,

 

"You, unicorn, you will wait here with me, I have to see some ponies about the expedition now, I'll deal with you later."

 

"Mmmf.....Uff.."

As Jacob was walking with Trolly to the castle. Jacob anwserd Trolly's question "Im not that sad that Emerald Blaze didnt make it into the expedition. Sure it's a shame but Celestia personally and carefully chose who would go on the expedition based on are skills, talents and intellegence. I've heard rumors about where were going. This expedition could be dangerous...and Emerald Blaze does have some skill in magic but he can do things without thinking them through, like when he stole the form from that pony. The only reason he didnt get caught was because you helped him,Trolly. If he came to the expedition he might do something stupid and put us all in danger. So all and all...no i dont miss him. But if it wasnt for him we probably wouldnt be hear right now." They made it to the castle door. Two guards were standing in front of the door. "I am Jacob and this is Trolly, were hear for the expedition." The guards opened the door and they walked in. They saw princess Celestia as she walked to greet them. Jacob saw a magical floating yellow aura following the princess and Emerald Blaze was inside it."OH BUCk!" Jacob wispered into Trolly's ear "I think I proved my point."

Mach Speed looked down and saw a poor pony being held captive by Princess Celestia. Mach couldn't help but feel pity for the pony. She brought the storm cloud in with her, and placed it atop Princess Celestia. She was sure the other ponies saw her, but whatever. The Princess didn't notice. She fluttered down, and to the princess's and everypony else's surprised, hit Celestia's horn. Not too much to do any real damage, but just cancelled the spell. She gently put Emerald down, and turned to face the looming Alicorn. The Alicorn had to be 2x as big as she was, but she had to try.

 

"Hey...What're you doing to that pony, Princess? That's mean. And seriously...I'm not afraid of you! I'll take you head on. Take me instead, I was the one that shattered the glass. And I was tagging along anyway. Buck it, he's not my friend, but i've learned a thing or two from that Rainbow Dash." Mach shouted at Princess Celestia half-heatedly. She wasn't sure where exactly she was going with this.

 

Mach Speed knew she was going to be beaten, or worse. So she readied her wings to resist the magic Princess Celestia was 100% sure to cast on her.

"Oh ship!"Trolly was staring with a shocked face.

Trolly whispered back "You really have a point Jacob.".Emerald was really trapped inside a yellow aura.

Moments later a pony broke the window and came into here with a storm cloud.The princess didn't notice anything.

Trolly was shocked again with her mouth open.

The pegasus hit princess's horn with a lightning and said something to the princess.

The princess was angry.The princess sent a beam to the pony.

Trolly flew infront of the pony and took the beam.Trolly fell down.

"Can't stand up...".Trolly closed her eyes.She was unconcious now.

"Ooof!"

 

Emerald thudded to the floor,

 

'Heh, is that the same pegasus? I double owe now!'

 

The princess turned towards him, not looking happy,

 

"Emerald Blaze, what do you mean to do by this?"

 

'How does she know my name?'

 

He winced at the tone the Celestia was speaking in, directed at him!

 

"Uh, Princess, I'm sorry, I...I wanted to get on the expedition, tha's all....Sorry about all this mess, but it kinda means a lot to me.....I know you sent 2 ponies to check this place out...I knew one of them......I want to see if he's still around......"

 

The princess seemed to fall into thought, releasing all of her magical grips.

 

Emerald picked himself up and dashed over to Trolly as fast as he could,

 

"Oh Trolly, I'm sorry, I shouldn't've dragged you guys into this....I hope you aren't hurt at all..."

 

He turned away from the downed pegasus, turning to the others,

 

"I'm sorry....Uh...A lot....J? I heard what you said about me...You're kinda right.......Pegasi dude, I owe you more than you know right now...."

 

Celestia raised herself up from her throne, dazzling Emerald with her sun-like shining coat.

 

"Emerald Blaze, I realize exactly what you've done now."

 

'Huh?...What've I done?....Not much other than be an annoyance...'

 

"You seem to have attracted a few good ponies...They are fairly loyal to you, I've seen you be shielded by them, helped hugely by them, and most of all, They've attempted to save you....From me......I see that your aims were pure though....."

 

'What's she planning to do to me an' those guys now?.....Is she....Scheming?'

 

"Alright then Master. Blaze, you, and your friends will travel to the location I specified for the expedition. You will find supplies at your drop point. You will travel to a location ten miles away from the facility limits. I am choosing to do this rather than send you all to the dungeons for treason and rise. Do not disapoint me. You will teleport when your friend has awoken."

 

"Uh, princess, I thank you an' all, but, Um, how do you know my name?"

 

"...That jacket....It told me enough to know that you would be a 'Blaze'.....I remember that someone had mentioned an 'Emerald' wearing a jacket thing and with a red mane like that. It was kind of simple really."

 

"..."

'An'.............I'm speechless, I guess things didn't go too badly though, other than Trolly getting hit, I guess...'

Jacob saw how Emerald Blaze appologized to him. Jacob let out a sigh of stress. "It's fine, Emerald Blaze but when we go on this expedition... Make sure that you have some sort of plan before rushing into anything dangerous." Jacob walked up to Celestia. "Before we go on the expedition. I would like all the information you have about this place. And what are our orders when with find it?"

Trolly became concious.She remembered how she saved that pony.She knows while she was unconcious there was a lot of things happened.

Trolly stood up.'I can barely stand up'

Trolly coughed.She coughed blood."Wha...what happened while i was unconcious?"

Mach Speed sighed. No trouble for her, whitch sucked badly. She opened her wings to full length, and winked at the Emerald dude.

 

"Hey, kiddo, names Mach Speed. Nice to meet 'ya." Mach whistled at the unicorn, spreading out her wings. She saw other people, and decided to show off. She did a couple of midair flips and stunts in midair, then finished with a quick hoofstand. Then she looked at the pony who saved her.

 

 

"Well...nothin', really. Emerald isn't in too much of a heap of trouble..." She vaguely said. "And please try not to get too much blood around here."
