Soarin was amused by the fact he could be anything he wanted. His character could be super fast, super strong or both!!

 

He wanted to have a character with time manipulation powets but thought that would be overpowered instead his character should somewhat resemble him.....then it hit him like a berry pie to the face from Spitfire.....His character should be able to fly and gave manipulation of electricity.
