So The Cyber-Cafe Opened Up...

Down the street a new cafe opened called "The Cyber Cafe". I saw that there were a TON of cars out there, but nobody ever came outside. As I drove by a few minutes ago, I saw their door was open and their was a curtain behind it. In the window all I could see was blue light. Should I be scared? I've watched so much Doctor Who I think it might be happening. Anyone got any plans for this?
